Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Autogate Man ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
Services
Autogate Man provides autogate repair, maintenance, and installation services in the Klang Valley area. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Motor repair and replacement
- Roller replacement
- Track repair and alignment
- Control board repair
- Remote control programming
- New autogate installation
Service Area
We primarily serve Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and the greater Klang Valley area. Service availability outside these areas may be subject to additional charges or limitations.
Quotations and Pricing
Transparent Pricing
All quotes provided are inclusive of parts, labor, and transport within our primary service area. We will provide a clear quote before commencing any work.
Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated. Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if additional problems are discovered during service.
Additional Costs
If additional repairs are needed beyond the original quote, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding. You will never be charged for work not agreed upon.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major e-wallets
- For large installations, a deposit may be required
Warranty
Parts Warranty
New parts installed carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months depending on the component. Warranty details will be provided at the time of service.
Workmanship Warranty
Our labor is backed by a workmanship warranty. If a repair fails due to our workmanship within the warranty period, we will rectify it at no additional cost.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from power surges, lightning, or electrical faults not related to our work
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Repairs performed by others after our service
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments
We strive to provide same-day service for urgent repairs. For scheduled appointments, we will confirm a time window and make every effort to arrive on time.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Customer Responsibilities
To facilitate our service, you agree to:
- Provide safe access to the autogate
- Ensure someone over 18 is present during the service
- Clear the area around the gate for our technician's access
- Inform us of any known hazards or issues
- Provide accurate information about the problem
Liability
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Pre-existing Conditions
If pre-existing damage or defects are discovered during service, we will inform you before proceeding. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that may affect the repair outcome.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Autogate Man and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by the laws of Malaysia. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
